Real Estate Professional Disclosure

The landlord is a real estate agent, who works solely on behalf of Dwelling Place Properties to promote the interests of Dwelling Place Properties with the utmost good faith, loyalty and fidelity. The agent negotiates on behalf of and acts as an advocate for Dwelling Place Properties. The landlord’s agent must disclose to potential tenants all adverse material facts actually known by the landlord’s agent about the property.

Reference Authorization

I authorize the Dwelling Place Properties representative to obtain information about me from my credit sources, current and previous landlords, employers, and personal references, to enable the evaluation of my rental application.

If this application is accepted for further processing, I give permission for the landlord or its agent to obtain a consumer report about me for the purpose of this application, to ensure that I continue to meet the terms of the tenancy, for the collection and recovery of any financial obligations relating to my tenancy, or for any other permissible purpose.
